Property Manager Self Storage

Access Self Storage is a family owned and operated business established in 1976, who helped to pioneer the Self Storage industry in the Northeast.

We are currently seeking a Self Storage Property Manager who is eager to join a company with growth potential. Applicants should have previous experience in customer service, sales, and must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

As a Manager with Access you will be responsible for delivering the best customer experience and service while building lasting relationships. Our team members are passionate about what they do and offer empathy and understanding to all customers situations.

We provide extensive training in all aspects of our business. Previous self storage experience is not required, all we ask is that you have a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Be a compassionate and empathetic leader.
• Oversee repairs and improvements, ensure property maintenance is upkept.
• Build lasting relationships with our customers by helping them through the storage process.
• Achieve sales goals with potential customers through rentals, boxes and packing supplies and insurance sales.
• Guide our customers through our very simple contact-free rental process.
• Ensure facility cleanliness standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Sales and customer service experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Intermediate computer and technology skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with access to transportation.
