Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 Hourly
Description
The General Office Assistant will be responsible for various general office and administrative functions supporting the main office of Access TCA, Inc.
What you’ll do:
- Retrieve, sort and distribute incoming office mail and parcel deliveries
- Welcome and check-in visitors, clients, and suppliers upon arrival at the main office
- Process outgoing mailings and/or FEDEX/UPS as required
- Assist with filing of AP vendor invoices and vendor payment packages, and other business records as required
- Coordinate record retention and file disposal/shredding with Manager, Accounting & Reporting
- Monitor office, kitchen and restroom supplies
- Run local errands as necessary (groceries, supplies, breakfast/lunch pickup, etc.)
- Assist with the distribution of supervisory reports
- Maintain companywide calendar
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications
What we’d love to see:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment and/or in an administrative assistant role
- High school diploma or associate’s degree in business is preferred
- Working knowledge of office equipment including copiers, printers, fax machines, mailing machines, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required
