What you’ll be responsible for :
Growth is core to Access TeleCare, and the Growth Operations Specialist will be critical to growth in the Neurology service line. This teammate will serve as the administrative coordinator and driver of new client go-lives, additions of new clinical services to existing clients, and major client conversions. They track, push, and escalate administrative tasks necessary to readiness, and interface extensively with clinicians and other Access TeleCare support teams.
What you’ll work on :
- Support administrative tasks necessary for growth of the practice : new client hospitals, new clinical services, and major system conversions
- Maintain conversancy with data sources pertaining to key administrative items (ie, Salesforce, Excel)
- Understand clinical workflow of telemedicine and administrative workflows of licensing, privileging, EMR access, and system access
- Advocate for clinicians to clients and their teammates
- Maintain familiarity with clinician roster and individual clinicians’ profiles and circumstances
- Help update roster and other databases as directed by Practice Administration
- Leverage clinician relationships to drive completion of administrative tasks
- Draft and manage clinician-facing communications related to key growth events
- Build and sustain relationships with key support teams (ie, Clinical Leadership, Growth, Implementations, Credentialing, Licensing, and Privileging)
- Problem-solve independently to take ownership of obstacles
- Build, use, and continually improve escalation paths with Operations team and Clinical leadership
- Use critical thinking to synthesize, assess, and communicate the impact of progress or success towards growth events (ie, on-time client go-live)
- Participate in interdepartmental teams related to key growth events (ie, client go-lives)
- Convene and lead interdepartmental meetings related to key growth events, as directed by Practice Administration leadership
- Partner with other teams on key projects (ie, Clinical leadership, Clinical Admin, Client Services, Growth, Implementations, etc)
- Collaborate with Practice Administration leadership on key projects, including building of processes and policies
- Attend Neurology Operations meetings remotely and potentially in-person on occasion
- Identify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency
- Communicate closely with Practice Admin leadership, escalate timely and productively, dissent constructively
- Take ownership of scope and role-model closed-loop communication
- Prioritize smartly, anticipating lead times, and maintaining visibility of all workstreams
