Job Description

Bilingual Claims Processor

Job Purpose : Assist Ryan White clients with insurance enrollment and process premium and cost share payments for medical, dental, and vision claims.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Insurance Assistance : Experience with Nevada / Federal Health Exchange, HIP, State Health Insurance Subsidies / Assistance Program, and Medicaid.
Client Interaction : Gather information, review applications, and determine eligibility for Ryan White Part B assistance.
Payment Processing : Handle HIP and SPAP premium payments, copays, and deductibles for state-approved insurance plans.
Database Management : Record client information in CareWare and Salesforce, ensure files are up-to-date, and fulfill sub-grant requirements.

Education / Experience :

Bilingual mandatory.

High School Diploma required; AA Degree preferred.

1 year of relevant experience preferred, including enrolling consumers with Health Exchange, HIP, Medicaid, and more.

Valid driver's license and ability to obtain exchange enrollment facilitator license within 90 days.

Physical Requirements :

Sit at a computer for 6-8 hours, withstand hand / wrist deviation, lift up to 30 pounds.
