Position Overview : The bilingual Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for promoting Access to Healthcare Network (AHN) programs, building community partnerships, and coordinating outreach activities, including enrollment, reporting, and retention efforts. This position requires frequent travel within Nevada and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote AHN programs through community events, health fairs, and presentations.
- Maintain outreach materials inventory and ensure program compliance.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate program information to staff and the public.
- Track event participation, outcomes, and database entry.
- Build relationships with local agencies and businesses.
- Work weekends as needed.
