Join our dynamic team at Access Truck Parts as an Inbound Sales and Customer Support Representative! As an Inbound Sales and Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in serving our loyal customer base.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responding to Inquiries: Interact with customers via phone, email and in person to provide information about our products, pricing, and availability. Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment as needed.
- Sales Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue. Provide customers with product recommendations that align with their needs.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong customer relationships. Understand customer requirements and provide personalized assistance to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach. Collaborate with internal teams to find appropriate resolutions.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is REQUIRED.
- Experience with Auto or Commercial truck part sales is STRONGLY PREFFERED.
- Basic technical knowledge of water truck parts and operations is STRONGLY PREFFERED.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – Spanish Bilingual PREFFERED.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and coworkers.
- Detail-oriented and organized. Capable of managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in using order processing software (Business Central) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine needs.
