Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Inside Sales employee to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires strong organizational and data entry/computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including data entry into our systems.
- Take payments after invoicing.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and office procedures as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or customer support is preferred.
- Proficiency in office software applications and computerized systems for efficient data entry.
- Strong keyboarding skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
