Requirements
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or a related human services field — this is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)
- Must meet the QIDP/QDDP qualification standards
- Strong leadership and accountability skills, with a demonstrated ability to hold yourself and your team to high performance standards
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance
- Willingness to travel throughout the Northwest Indiana area to support caseload and staff
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet the needs of individuals served
- Ability to collaborate effectively with local agencies, families, and internal team members
- Strong professionalism, including the ability to build rapport, lead with empathy, and handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Experience working with Indiana Medicaid Waiver services
- Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
- Extensive experience working with Therap (electronic documentation system)
- A growth mindset and strong track record of problem-solving and continuous improvement
