🔹 What You’ll Do- Oversee and support individuals with I/DD receiving Medicaid Waiver services
- Lead teams across Merrillville and Indianapolis, driving quality, compliance, growth, and person-centered planning
- Serve as a liaison, advocate, and quality steward for the individuals and families we serve
- Provide strategic input and operational leadership alongside executive staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or related human services field (required)
- Extensive experience with Therap and knowledge of Indiana Medicaid Waiver services
- Strong leadership and accountability skills—for yourself and your team
- Comfort leading in dynamic environments and willingness to travel throughout Northwest Indiana
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for making a difference
