We are currently searching for an attorney or planner to work with the zoning and land use practice.
- Attorney or planner with 3-5 years of experience working with a zoning and land use practice.
- Experience with re-zonings, special use permits, comprehensive plan amendments, development agreements, easements, subdivisions, deeds, and homeowners association agreements preferred.
- Candidate must be well organized, work well in a group setting, be self-motivated, and possess superior writing skills.
- Experience with all levels of county government staff and elected officials preferred.
- Detail-oriented and competent in managing time sensitive deliverables.
