Position Overview
As a Relationship Manager at ACCILINK, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between law firms and medical providers, maintaining and strengthening relationships with attorneys and doctors, and ensuring that our clients receive prompt medical care. You will be required to visit law firms, manage communications, and contribute to marketing efforts, all while upholding the integrity and reputation of ACCILINK. As a Relationship Manager, you must spend more than 50% of your working time out in the field, away from your home office.

Key Responsibilities
•    Facilitate effective communication between law firms and medical providers.
•    Market medical professionals who offer services on a lien basis to personal injury attorneys.
•    Maintain and strengthen relationships between ACCILINK, attorneys, doctors, and services, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
•    Assist with case management, ensuring that clients receive timely medical care.
•    Travel to various law firms across different cities to meet with case managers, attorneys, and legal personnel.
•    Set up appointments and meetings to present ACCILINK’s platform to law firms.
•    Proactively contact case managers via phone or text, helping them locate needed doctors.
•    Distribute ACCILINK-branded marketing goods to law firms that use our services.
•    Coordinate purchasing of marketing goods and appreciation gestures for law firms.
•    Organize and host “Lunch and Learn” sessions, engaging case managers and addressing any platform-related concerns.
•    Capture video content, take photos for doctors and facilities, and gather testimonials from case managers.
•    Manage and update ACCILINK’s social media accounts, including Instagram, and post relevant content.
•    Maintain a list of all firms visited, tracking engagements and follow-ups. (i.e, Marketing Report)
•    Provide regular updates to CEO on tasks and business developments.
•    Leverage existing relationships with co-workers from law firms to expand ACCILINK’s network of doctors and medical professionals.
•    Regularly check emails, texts, voicemails, and the ACCILINK platform, responding promptly to inquiries.
•    Use the ACCILINK platform to manage cases, communicate with stakeholders, schedule appointments, and track progress.
•    Follow all data protection protocols, maintaining the security and confidentiality of client information.
•    Provide clear, concise updates and reports on your progress, adhering to deadlines.
•    Schedule meetings and visits for the upcoming week and maintain a well-organized calendar.
•    Collect receipts from purchases and maintain a record for reimbursement or reporting purposes.
•    Create and maintain a list of new law firms.
•    Generate a monthly marketing report, listing all firms visited.
•    Track and submit a list of expenses for the month.
•    Set referral and engagement goals for the upcoming month.

Skills & Qualifications:
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
•    Experience in social media management, content creation, and video editing.
•    Ability to travel to various law firm locations.
•    Familiarity with personal injury law and medical marketing is a plus.
•    Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor.
•    Proficiency with technology, especially ACCILINK’s platform, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to travel to multiple locations and work flexible hours as required.
