Role Overview
The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler is responsible for managing and coordinating the resources needed to execute planned activities, ensuring efficient operation and maximizing equipment availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the optimization strategy of operations in assigned sites
- Develop and execute the Annual Maintenance Plan, aligning with budget, availability, contractors, and site/region specific restrictions
- Coordinate schedules with subcontractors and identify potential risks
- Procure necessary services and materials, ensuring timely delivery
- Monitor and report on milestones, services, and planning of agreements
- Collaborate in preparing annual budgets and operational reports
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with 5 years of experience in O&M within an energy/renewable's environment
- Technical diploma or equivalent work experience and training
- Understanding of workplace safety requirements and ability to follow procedures
- Proven experience in maintenance planning/scheduling, preferably in renewable energy
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Benefits
- Base Pay: $85,000 - $110,000 (based on experience, education, and skillset)
