Job Description
Payroll and Personnel Management Systems: Lead the implementation of payroll systems and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local and federal laws. Establish robust systems for employee records, timekeeping, and workforce management.
End-to-End HR Project Implementation: Oversee the full setup of HR processes and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the SR400 project's operational goals. Develop and roll out HR policies, procedures, and workflows tailored to the needs of the organization.
Employee Benefits Programs: Design and implement comprehensive benefits programs (healthcare, retirement plans, incentives, etc.) to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Manage vendor selection and negotiation for benefit-related services.
HR Business Partner Support: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, providing HR insights and solutions that align with business objectives. Collaborate with leadership to address talent needs, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws in Georgia. Monitor and report on key HR metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary HR contact, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and initiatives.

Required Skills And Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on HR systems implementation, project leadership, and benefits administration.
- Proven experience in HR setup or transformation projects from initiation to completion.
- Knowledge of employment laws and practices in the state of Georgia.
- Proficiency in English (bilingual capabilities in Spanish is a plus).
- Experience reporting to senior leadership, preferably a CEO or executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance requirements in Georgia.
