ABA Clinical Supervisor Needed!
We are looking for an ABA Clinical Supervisor to join our amazing team of clinicians and administrators. This position is primarily for home & community settings in Orange County. This is a W2 role with competitive compensation and the potential to transition to full-time employment. You will have the opportunity for responsibilities such as conducting new hire training, if desired. Providing case and staff supervision is a key part of the role.

Role Description
This is a part-time W-2 position with a competitive wage, and the support of a great team.

Duties include:
- Create and analyze individualized programs, conduct parent consult sessions
- Participate in company training
- Supervise & coach Behavior Technicians on clinical matters, and other job duties
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education or similar field
- Pursuing BCBA
- Experience supervising therapists, and implementing behavior support plans across settings
- Reliable, punctual and organized
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- No sanctions of disciplinary actions taken against one’s license/certification, if any
- No Medicaid/Medicare sanctions or be excluded from Federally funded programs
This is a part-time W-2 position with a deliverable-based compensation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
