**Job Summary**
The Psychiatric Emergency Center is a dynamic team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, social workers and support personnel providing 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week services for people in mental health crisis.
We focus on all individuals that present for evaluation, primarily adult patients with some adolescents. Key responsibilities include short term interventions, evaluation for admission to an Acute Inpatient Unit, and current licensure to practice in the State of Texas.
Key Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
- Residency and/or Fellowship training within specialty
- Unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Texas
