Operations Director of Truckload Pricing
Salary : $90K - $110K | Full-time | Day Shift

This Director of Truckload Pricing role, reporting to the VP of Operations, offers hands-on involvement in managing domestic truckload pricing operations. While titled as "Director," this role functions heavily in a manager capacity, directly executing pricing tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee customer bid processes, contracts, awards, system billing, rating structures, and EDI / API data management.
- Support sales and operations teams in completing RFIs and RFPs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop pricing strategies that improve win rates.
- Analyze customer opportunities to establish competitive pricing strategies.
- Conduct comparative market analyses to guide pricing initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across operations, sales, and executive leadership teams.
- Drive process improvement through technical expertise and industry insights.
- Manage reporting on critical metrics like volume, yield, and award performance.
- Partner with technology teams to enhance tools for pricing and data analytics.
