Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Uphold compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Serve as a resource and point of contact for nursing staff during the evening shift.
