Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage automated workflows for content creation, approval, and publishing.
- Integrate AI-driven tools to ensure timely delivery of content, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates, through automated pipelines.
- Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to fine-tune automations.
- Track and regularly report on metrics across NOWINCLUDED's omnichannel platform to senior management.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of assets.
- Develop content that can include, but not limited to, social copywriting, gamification copy, listicles, quizzes, and community health challenges.
