Key Responsibilities : New Business Growth : Establish, cultivate, and nurture high-value relationships with decision-makers at targeted prospects.Develop and lead the strategic development of new business initiatives.Identify and generate qualified new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.Collaborate with internal teams to create and submit compelling proposals.Directly handle contract negotiations with executive management.Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.Monitor and report on sales metrics and market conditions. Provide regular updates to the Head of Business Development and contribute to sales forecasting and planning.Industry Knowledge : Possess thorough knowledge of the clinical trial industry, including trends in diversity and community engagement.Counsel clients on industry best practices.Accurately manage pipeline / forecast to guide resource allocation.Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives / quotas.Demonstrate a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.Performs other duties and projects as assigned.Qualifications : Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline. (Direct experience may be considered in lieu of education)Minimum 5 years of experience within a CRO, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, healthcare marketing / patient recruitment agency, or related field.Experience selling enterprise-level opportunities to clinical teams is a plus.Proven ability to hit, sustain, and exceed a $5M sales goal.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Demonstrated success in developing C-Level / VP-Level / Director-Level relationships.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.Employee Benefits : We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package designed to attract and retain top talent.
