DUTIES
'The assistant medical director will supervise staff physicians at multiple locations
' Travel within the market
'As company is growing can lead to larger future roles 'opportunity for growth.
'Assistant Directors role is administrative however also pick up shifts as needed
'Overseeing clinical operations & working with the VP's of operations.
PACKAGE
'Compensation: Base $275,000-$280,000
'Bonus: 25% of base salary
'Health, Vision, Dental
'Multiple retirement plans with match ( pretax or Roth)
'PTO, Paid Holidays & Floating Holidays - up to 29 days a year
YOU
'IM/FM Board Certified, Geriatrics
'Ideal candidate 1 years experience with ability to mentor/coach others
'Strong interpersonal skills
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
