Job Title: Compensation Specialist
The Accomack County Public Schools is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team. This part-time position will be responsible for developing salary scales, reviewing personnel records, and assisting in the reorganization of central office.
This temporary role will require 10-20 hours of work per week for a period of 3-4 months. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Human Resources Professional, experience with Compensation Studies, and experience with school system reorganizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed salary scales for each position in Accomack County Public Schools
- Review personnel records to ensure employees are placed on the appropriate salary scale
- Assist in the reorganization of central office, including writing job descriptions
