- Reviewing personnel records to ensure employees are placed on the correct salary scale
- Assisting in the reorganization of central office, including writing job descriptions
Requirements:
- Prior work experience as a Human Resources Professional
- Experience with Compensation Studies
- Experience with school system reorganizations
Physical Requirements:
The successful candidate must be able to sit and stand for extended periods, exhibit manual dexterity, and see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids.
