Job Description
We are seeking a Workforce Development Consultant to assist us in developing and implementing workforce development strategies that support the growth and success of our school system.
Main Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing workforce development plans to address staffing shortages and meet the needs of the school system.
- Providing expert advice and support to school administrators on workforce development-related matters.
- Collaborating with the school board to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Supporting the superintendent in reorganizing central office and implementing new HR initiatives.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Prior experience working in a Human Resources or Workforce Development capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
This is a temporary, part-time position with no benefits, offering opportunities for remote work. The successful candidate will require 10-20 hours of work per week for a period of 3-4 months.
