Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Finance, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited, to the below.
What you will be doing :
- Responsible for providing technical and operational guidance for planning, directing and monitoring hotel labor cost and productivity.
- Data processing and cost analysis through the Hotel’s Payroll and Watson labor management applications.
- Perform all duties and functions as the hotel Watson administrator.
- Perform profitability analysis.
- Assist in the Rooms and F&B forecast process and month end closure process with the submission of daily hotel productivity.
- Perform any other tasks required by the Director of Finance and General Manager.
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
- Contribute to a fun, positive work environment for the Accounting Team and other colleagues.
- Be willing to work a flexible schedule as needed in order to complete all tasks before deadline. Weekend work will be required when necessary. Must be available to work the first and last day of each month.
- Must be willing to travel.
