With deep expertise in passive real estate investments and 1031 replacement properties, we are committed to helping clients grow, preserve, and transfer their wealth through strategic, personalized solutions.Position OverviewWe are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in evaluating new DSTs and alternative investments, sharing your insights with the team, and supporting client outcomes. This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in real estate and wealth management, proficiency in financial modeling, and a commitment to developing their career in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment Analysis : Review and analyze new DSTs and alternative investments, provide insights on key metrics, and share your assessment with the team.Client Presentation Support : Assist in gathering, preparing, and presenting data and materials to clients.Financial Modeling : Develop and maintain cash flow models to compare investment options.Client and Operations Coordination : Work closely with the operations team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing and completion of deal paperwork.Portfolio Management : Review quarterly updates on prior investments, support portfolio review meetings with clients, and respond to client inquiries.Market Research : Study the real estate market, stay informed on trends, and deliver timely insights and predictions to the team.Relationship Management : Act as the point of contact between our team and wholesalers, fostering strong industry relationships.Client Support : Answer incoming calls and provide clients with accurate information and support.What We’re Looking ForInterest in Real Estate and Wealth Management : A strong curiosity for the industry and a desire to grow in a real estate or wealth management career.Analytical Skills : Proficiency in financial analysis and a solid grasp of Excel for building cash flow and investment comparison models.Communication Skills : Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and over the phone, to build relationships with clients and wholesalers.Initiative : A self-starter who can tackle tasks with minimal guidance, ask the right questions, and pursue continuous improvement.Relationship Building : Eager to cultivate industry relationships and engage with professionals at all levels.Long-Term Growth Mindset : An interest in growing into a producer role within wealth management.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to thrive in an unstructured training environment.Why Sequent?At Sequent, we’re dedicated to fostering growth not only for our clients but also for our team members.
