Description
Accord Carton is looking for a detail-oriented Finishing Operator to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of our paperboard manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating finishing equipment to produce high-quality, finished products. This position offers two shift options; 1pm - 9am or 9pm - 5am.

Responsibilities
- Operate finishing equipment, such as folder gluers and window machines.
- Set up and adjust equipment to meet production requirements.
- Monitor and control the finishing process to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the paperboard industry.Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Physically able to perform the requirements of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.Available to work third shift / overnight.Benefits & Perks
