About the Role:
We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in vertical commercial construction. The ideal candidate has led large-scale projects think mid-rise and high-rise buildings, data centers, and distribution centers and is ready to step into a leadership role to drive performance and excellence on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex vertical construction projects

• Organize and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals on time and within budget

• Represent the company in negotiations and manage contracts with owners and vendors

• Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution on-site

• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management

• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale vertical construction projects ($20M )

• Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

• Deep knowledge across construction disciplines

• Proficiency in tools such as BIM, Primavera, MS Project, Excel, and Word

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple priorities

• No security clearance required
