Job Description
- Should have at least 15 years of relevant experience in a Delivery Leadership role
- Should have experience directly working with offshore teams (preferably should have worked at offshore for a part of tenure)
- Should have run one or more Managed Services engagements model for L3 Support in an onsite: offshore model with stringent SLAs
- Should have a Software Development Background and have worked as a developer in the initial years of his/her career
- Should have hands on experience working with tools like Jira and Service Now
- Should have background in Retirement Insurance domain
