Our challenge
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Delivery Leader to manage a large Managed Services engagement for our client. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in delivery leadership, specifically within the context of Managed Services, and will have experience working with offshore teams.
Additional Information
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Piscatway, NJ is $120k - $130k/year & benefits (see below).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in a Delivery Leadership role, with significant experience in Managed Services.
- Proven experience collaborating with and managing offshore teams, ideally with direct experience working in an offshore capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in managing L3 Support engagements within an onsite-offshore model, particularly with stringent SLAs.
- Strong foundation in software development, with prior experience as a developer.
- Familiarity with the Insurance or Retirement domain is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with project management and service management tools, particularly Jira and ServiceNow.

- Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage the overall delivery of Managed Services engagements, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget.
- Foster a collaborative environment between onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Engagement Oversight:
- Implement and oversee the execution of L3 Support in an onsite-offshore model, ensuring compliance with stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor service performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns related to service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
- Technical Expertise:
- Utilize a background in software development to guide technical discussions and decisions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to ensure the Managed Services offered are competitive and effective.
- Tool Proficiency:
- Leverage tools such as Jira and ServiceNow for project tracking, incident management, and workflow automation.
- Ensure teams are effectively utilizing these tools for maximum efficiency.
