Position Purpose
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining and repairing all machinery.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Performing duties as directed by others to ensure the following duties are managed accurately and timely:
Plant Responsibilities
· Maintain process equipment & machinery through execution of preventative maintenance program
· Provide maintenance support during equipment repair situations
· Provide operational support for production process as directed by the Maintenance Manager
· Utilize the IMS and SPC where applicable
· Responsible for quality of work within area
· Maintain work environment in a clean and orderly fashion
Quality, Safety and Sanitation
· Follow all Personnel Safety policies/procedures, including the use of proper PPE, as well as ensure the safe use of required tools and equipment
· Follow all Food Safety, Quality Assurance, GMP's, Sanitation and general plant policies/procedures
· Inspect products for overall appearance according to customer and QA/Food Safety requirements and communicate with supervisor when non-conforming products are present
· Communicate all safety or environmental issues to supervisors/managers
· At end of shift, secure all equipment, perform general housekeeping duties
· Complete necessary paperwork for documenting process parameters and recordkeeping requirements
Open Communications to be a team player and do other tasks as necessary.

Education Level: High School Diploma or GED
Related Experience: Maintenance experience preferred
Production experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Team oriented

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
