The Learning Designer is involved in a multitude of eLearning interventions for IT learning and development. A rapid understanding of graphic design, developer tools, instructional design, digital asset management, and content distribution methods will be required. These responsibilities require up-to-date knowledge of training technology and interactive learning tools, processes, and best practices.

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)
- 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Instructional Design required
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere and/or other similar programs
- Proficient in eLearning software such as Articulate 360, SCORM and Storyline systems or other training software a plus
