Learning Designer
12-month Contract (potential extension)
Atlanta, GA
Brooksource is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to join our client’s Security and Compliance team. As a part of this team, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and presenting training materials and programs for large quantities of internal employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create custom training content for annual security compliance and targeted trainings.
- Advise on the appropriate format for training materials (CBT vs. one-pager).
- Address role-based training, including FAA training for internal employees.
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop content.
- Conduct educational sessions, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Tailor content to meet specific team needs and resolve usage friction points.
Qualifications:
- Ability to guide content teams in creating educational materials.
- Proactive in identifying and solving platform challenges.
- Experience in developing security-oriented content.
- Familiarity with adult learning methodologies, Adobe, CBT, etc.
- Mid-level engineer with 1-2 years of experience preferred.
- Onsite hybrid requirement: AB Schedule – 50% in office and remote (non-negotiable).
- Schedule A: In office Mon-Wed. | Schedule B: In office Thu-Fri.
Contract Details:
- Full-year contract with potential extension.
