About the job
We are looking for a talented and motivated Project Architect/Project Manager. The position is based in Louisville, KY but offers flexibility for hybrid work.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in construction documents and construction administration. A qualified applicant will be leading a small team on a variety of projects.
Multi-family and Senior Care projects experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
· Develop schematic designs
· Communicate with the client’s representatives
· Direct and coordinate production of construction documents
· Work and coordinate with engineering consultants throughout all phases of the project
· Lead project coordination meetings
· Perform construction administration duties
· Participate in marketing efforts including attending presentations to prospective clients
· Mentor junior staff
Qualifications and Skills
· Professional degree in Architecture
· 8 years of related experience
· Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Studio and MS Teams
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Familiarity with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems
· Experience in Senior Care or Multi-Family projects preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $97,256.00 - $130,000.00 per year
