Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications.
- Extensive experience using UI Builder and UI Framework to create and customize web applications.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on the ServiceNow platform to support and enhance IT service management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow applications and functionality.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow development and configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
You are:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of hands on experience working on SNOW development.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI policies, business rules, and workflows.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using web services, REST, SOAP, etc.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and other ServiceNow modules such as HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, etc.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Service Portal development and customization.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
