Job Description Summary : We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Safety Management System (SMS) Specialist to support client's business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing a comprehensive SMS risk matrix, defining actionable KPIs, and establishing training programs to improve safety performance. This position will involve hybrid / remote work with 10-12 weeks of on-site engagement for interviews, team collaboration and ensure project deliverables are met. Key Roles and Responsibilities : Develop and implement an SMS risk matrix for SAC ROC. Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to assess and mitigate identified risks. Create and deliver a relevant training course on SMS for SAC ROC. Establish a process for monitoring KPIs and developing action plans to address risks. Should be responsible for the deliverables such as : Comprehensive SMS risk matrix. Defined KPIs and processes to monitor and reduce risks. Training course materials tailored for SAC ROC. Qualifications & Experience : Grauate degree in any discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in Safety Management Systems and industrial safety practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Fluent in English (mandatory Work Environment : Primarily hybrid / remote, with 10-12 weeks of on-site work to conduct interviews and collaborate with team members
Salary : $60,000 - $130,000
