Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant/Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives across various channels, including social media, content creation, event management, and more. This role will collaborate closely with the broader Marketing and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, events, and projects.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing
- Curate and schedule 2-4 weekly social media posts, including event-related and award announcement content.
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) via a centralized platform.
Copywriting and Research
- Conduct industry-specific research (construction, non-profit, healthcare, etc.) to support content creation for website blogs and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create thought leadership articles.
Video Editing
- Edit webinars and demo videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Assemble clips to form cohesive videos, including intros, closures, and demos.
Campaign & Webinar Setup
- Assist in setting up webinars on WebinarJam.
- Manage campaign setups in Salesforce and integrate with Zapier for automation.
- Export and organize webinar registrant reports post-event.
- Maintain the website by adding newly published webinars and removing expired ones.
- Support approximately 60 webinars annually for prospects and clients
Event Management
- Coordinate logistics for in-person events, including tradeshows, conferences, lunch & learns, and client events.
- Handle hotel bookings, exhibiting material orders, venue arrangements, food & beverage coordination, and event registration inquiries.
- Support up to 30 tradeshows, 10 lunch & learns, and two client events annually.
- Prospect & Client gifts/Rewards
- Manage and distribute digital gift cards and appreciation gifts to prospects, clients, and partners for various acknowledgments.
Marketing Funds Management
- Manage and oversee Sage MDF and Acumatica JMF requests and claim submissions for over 100 marketing activities annually.
- Collaborate with the Finance & Operations team and MDF/JMF team to handle special requests.
- Approximate 15-20 hours per month.
Project Management
- Track, assign, and manage all marketing requests, tasks, and projects in Accordant Marketing Planner.
- Oversee a variety of marketing projects, including sales support, client campaigns, events, and more.
Salesforce Hygiene & Lead Distribution
- Regularly clean inactive contacts from Account Engagement to maintain high-quality prospect lists.
- Assist in assigning leads generated from webinars, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
General Research
- Conduct research to support marketing initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities and inbound requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, event coordination, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Salesforce, and project management tools.
- Strong copywriting, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
