Marketing Coordinator

Full-time: HYBRID (Mon & Thurs &Second Tues a month in office)

Location: Whippany, NJ

Salary: $60.000 - $70.000

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

• Organize executive and team meetings
• Oversee social media-related documentation, including posting guidelines, approval processes, and content archives
  
  

Content Creation & Management

• Develop creative, engaging content ideas, and publish content (e.g., text, photos, videos, reels)
• Maintain and update a content calendar to ensure consistency and campaign alignment
• Reshare relevant content to amplify awareness and community engagement
• Manage MailChimp/email marketing, content creation, template management, and performance analysis
  
  

Community Engagement & Brand Building

• Maintain Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Groups, and WhatsApp Groups
• Engage with Jewish communities by curating and sharing relevant Jewish news, Israel news, and Jewish cultural trends, engagement metrics, and scheduling workflows
• Generate and present social media performance reports with insights and recommendations
  
  

Collaboration & On-Site Support

• Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other creative team members to ensure cohesive visual storytelling
• Provide on-site content support for shoots in the NJ/NYC area
• Assist with events, as needed
  
  

Industry Awareness & Growth

• Stay up to date with emerging trends in social media, digital marketing tools, and best practices
• Monitor key developments in Jewish news, Israel-related topics, and Jewish cultural trends to inform content strategy and engagement efforts
  
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1-2 years of working experience in marketing or media
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of carrying out complex tasks flawlessly and with minimal oversight
• Excellent time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent grammar and attention to detail
• Proficiency in WordPress for website content management
• Experience with email marketing platforms, particularly MailChimp
• Basic knowledge of HTML code is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
