Job Summary: Marketing Coordinator / Administrative Support
NK Architects has an available position in our Morristown, NJ office for a full-time Marketing Coordinator. The candidate is expected to organize and manage all activities for responses to RFP’s and RFQ’s, assist the marketing team in marketing efforts as well as support the marketing department with the coordination and completion of general tasks. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication and editing skills, have an ability to take initiative, work in a deadline driven environment and work collaboratively in a team setting.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Marketing Support
- Develop and produce time-sensitive submissions: proposals, brochures, and qualification packages.
- Support marketing team with administrative work which includes coordination of trade show activities and correspondence among other responsibilities
- Database search (website based) for published RFP (requests for proposal)
Administrative Support
- Word processing, including production of correspondence, reports, etc.
- Preparation of professional service contracts for client execution
- Coordinate the scheduling of meetings and office events
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Keen ability to manage time and competing priorities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills essential to this role
- Strong Communication Skills both verbal and written
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite a must with specific in-depth knowledge of InDesign
- Works well in a team environment
Education and Experience:
- College diploma preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
