Nightingale Private Duty (an AccordCare Company) is a licensed agency seeking experienced Registered Nurses. We are hiring RNs for start of care visits from Boca Raton to Jupiter.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete start of care admissions visits.
- Provides prompt communication about client's medical status to Nurse Supervisor, resulting in effective management of cases.
- Must be willing to travel within the Palm Beach County area.
- Demonstrate empathy, caring and self-confidence; be detail-oriented, and thorough; anticipate problems in advance and know whether to diffuse or escalate; prioritize tasks and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Current RN license
- Current Level 2 on the AHCA Clearinghouse
- Current TB (within last 12 months) or Chest X Ray (within last 5 years)
- Home Care Experience
- Excellent communication skills; team player; interpersonal skills; good collaboration skills; customer service skills; ability to use the electronic health record for documentation and communication regarding client care.
Licenses & Certifications
Registered Nurse License (preferred)
