Responsibilities :
As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting our finance team in various tasks related to financial management and reporting. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- General Ledger Maintenance : Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the general ledger. Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable : Process and verify invoices, ensuring accurate coding and approvals. Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies. Generate and send customer invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
- Bank Reconciliation : Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Financial Reporting : Assist in preparing financial statements and reports. Support external audits and reviews.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations. Stay updated on accounting standards and industry best practices.
- Assist in Process Improvements : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
