As Wine Director you will oversee the wine program curate and maintain an exceptional wine list collaborate with the culinary team to create harmonious pairings manage inventory and train and guide staff on wine service and knowledge. You will interact with guests on a consistent basis ensuring an exceptional dining experience through expert wine recommendations and service.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of five years progressive experience in a luxury hotel / restaurant environment required
- Court of Master Sommelier certification or WSET required. Proven track record of development of a beverage program with a focus on wine.
- Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques health department rules and regulations liquor laws and regulations
