Your Role:
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospective clients needing collection and employment verification services with outreach activities, capabilities presentations and RFP (request for proposal) generation.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with key decision-makers to understand their needs and present customized solutions.
- Close Sales: Prepare/deliver compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and onboard new clients efficiently.
- Client Retention: Provide exceptional follow-up and ensure satisfaction with our services to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Track Performance: Utilize CRM tools to monitor progress, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
What We are Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in collections, receivables (healthcare, utility, financial services).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online sales platforms.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Driven: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Adaptable: Comfortable working with diverse clients across industries.
- Education: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience is strongly recommended.
