INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Wisper Headquarters - Mascoutah, IL
Pay: $20/hour base Commission with performance - Make up to $60K
Available Schedules, Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm, 9:00am-5:30pm, 10:30am-7:00pm; (each shift includes one rotating Saturday per month.)
Wisper Internet is seeking a full-time exempt Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our wireless internet services. We are looking for motivated sales people who want to earn as much as $1,700 extra per month ( $20K annually) in commissions when you drive sales from inbound calls! You will work primarily with prospective customers to help them find the best solutions to meet their needs. This is not cold calling, you will answer inbound calls and follow up on warm leads that have shown interest in our services. Bring your selling abilities and let's take our team to the next level!
Essential Job Functions:
- Answer inbound calls during your shift - varying shifts available including up to one Saturday per month where you get all the calls!
- Manage leads, track progress, and push deals through the sales pipeline efficiently with our CRM system
- Utilize discounts and offers to close sales
- Provide the best internet solution for every caller
- Follow up with missed calls and call any warm leads from our website that have shown interest
- Collaborate with Customer Service team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Identify serviceability utilizing our integrated mapping system
- Coordinate with install teams to schedule successful customer installs
- Commissions paid on successful installs, serviceable close ratio and average revenue
- Other duties as required
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills
- Must be well organized, detail-orientated & process driven
- Ability to adjust hours to meet the needs of customers
- College preferred but not required
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone and via email
- Proven experience in sales preferred but not required - looking for desire to excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Regular & predictable attendance
- Legally authorized to work in United States (without visa requirement)
Job Preferences and Requirements:
- Light Lifting: 0-10 LBS.
This position requires a pre-employment Background Check and Drug Screen. All employment offers are contingent upon the results of the background check and drug screen.
