Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Maintain QuickBooks Online Client records.
- Manage tenant billing records.
- Timely correspondence with client regarding bookkeeping tasks.
Skills
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation and double entry bookkeeping techniques.
- Experience with QBO and other relevant software is required.
- Knowledge of accounting practices and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with document management.
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and financial statement reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
