Job Description :
- Assist with the month-end consolidation process to ensure accurate reporting
- Perform daily accounting tasks such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Prepare documentation and materials to support annual financial audits
- Ensure adherence to internal control procedures and policies
- Investigate general ledger details and transactions to assist other departments with inquiries or ad hoc projects
- Support the tax preparation and filing process to ensure timely and accurate compliance
- Collaborate with Corporate teams to provide analysis and address inquiries
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations to maintain the accuracy of reported financial information
- Create journal entries as part of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting processes, implement best practices, and identify opportunities for efficiency
- Maintain compliance with U.S. and international regulatory requirements
- Participate in special projects and handle ad hoc requests as needed
