Job Description :
- Manage financial records for domestic and international locations, ensuring accurate consolidations and closings
- Lead monthly and yearly financial closing processes for timely and precise reporting
- Direct and mentor the accounting team to foster high performance and teamwork
- Oversee financial transactions recording and management to comply with international and U.S. accounting standards
- Produce detailed financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows) periodically
- Stay updated on regulatory changes to maintain compliance in financial operations
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance financial process efficiency and technology integration
- Assist with corporate income tax and sales tax responsibilities, including some foreign taxation aspects
- Develop and manage a system for auditing financial controls within the company
- Maintain relationships with external parties such as CPA firms, tax advisors, and banking institutions
- Provide essential financial and operational updates to management regularly
- Handle special projects and improvement initiatives as assigned by senior leadership
