Job Description :
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting a broad range of human resources functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies while fostering a positive and productive workplace environment. Key responsibilities include :
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interview coordination, background checks, and new hire orientation.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and troubleshooting employee inquiries.
- Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain HR records and employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process payroll changes related to benefits, compensation adjustments, and employee status updates.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by staying up to date with regulations and implementing necessary updates.
- Manage HR systems, generating reports and analyzing data for strategic decision-making.
- Support HR initiatives such as diversity and inclusion efforts, employee engagement programs, and workforce planning.
