Job Description :
This role requires managing union and non-union payroll within the company’s ERP system, ensuring internal controls, checks, and balances. Responsibilities include multi-state payroll tax compliance (CPP preferred), process improvements, and error resolution. The ideal candidate is hands-on, capable of leading payroll from start to finish in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes, and proactively solving problems.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or relative experience 5 years in a Union payroll leadership role. Experience with high volume union & non-union payroll in multi-state, ability to problem solve, implement efficiencies and improvements, payroll tax, internal controls. Proactive approach. Comfortable managing one payroll associate.
