Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Seasonal Tax Administrative Assistant to join our team during the busy tax season. As a Seasonal Tax Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our tax professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities :
- Client Assistance : Assist clients with basic inquiries, gather necessary documentation, and provide excellent customer service during the tax filing process.
- Document Management : Organize and maintain client files, ensuring that all necessary documents are collected and stored accurately.
- Data Entry : Input and update client information into our tax software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Appointment Scheduling : Coordinate appointments and meetings between clients and tax professionals, managing the calendar efficiently.
- Phone and Email Communication : Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and concise information and directing complex inquiries to appropriate team members.
- General Administrative Tasks : Perform various administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and other duties as assigned.
