SNI Companies is hiring for a ONSITE Contract to Hire Bilingual HR / Payroll Specialist needed for a growing construction company in the Carrollton / Lewisville area. Responsibilities :
- Collect and verify employee timekeeping data
- Update and maintain HRIS (new hires, terminations, benefits, and changes) as they affect payroll
- Employment verifications
- Check payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is complete
- Oversee direct deposit entries and verify accuracy
- Update payroll information for promotions, terminations, and new hires
- Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax and deduction laws
- Process time records in hh2
- Tracking PTO for all employees
- Maintain garnishment logs and entry of garnishments in Paychex Flex
- Update the OAG when someone with a child support order separates employment
- Participate in open enrollments
